We checked into an almost bush camp last night at a place called Princetown. It is the closest spot to the 12 Apostles and although a bit rough around the edges, is a great spot to stay for those that like roughing it or just not needing the luxuries of some of the bigger parks. Like green grass. or level sites. None-the-less, there are hundreds of kangaroos that come and say hello at night and an amazingly good playground for the kids.
We had arrived just after 1pm, so we headed down to the 12 Apostles (of which there are only 8, and only ever were 9 of them..). The position of the sun didn't take to well to the photography, but they are a pretty amazing sight on an extraordinary coastline. We also clambered down the Gibson steps and walked up to the first of the Apostles and once again, enjoyed the surf, sand and sights.
