The planning for today was mapped out to the last minute detail, and it didn't disappoint. There was around 4-5 rides that were out of order due to renovations / repairs, but those that were still working were simply awesome.
Kayla and Dylan are absolutely fearless and went on every ride that their height and/or weight allowed, regardless of the horror rating, and we just couldn't wipe the smiles off their faces. Tyler and Tracy went on everything at least once, but very quickly decided to limit all the next rides to those that didn't try to leave their breakfast at the starting point.
Wasn't allowed my waterproof camera on any of the rides, and there were at least 2-3 that I wasn't letting go of the handles anyway. Our plan for getting here before school holidays has worked out marvelously.... some rides there was no line up, others were a maximum of 5-10 minutes. I have heard that during school holidays and weekends, the wait can be up to 2 hours at a time.
Absolutely exhausted when we got back,,, and then it rained for 5 minutes, which is just enough to start a white water rapid running underneath our mat outside the caravan, which almost gave the temptation of jumping in for a ride...... Almost.
Tomorrow - Warner Bros. Movie World..... assuming we are able to walk
What was it like, I bet it was amazing
