Lakes Entrance - final day

1st November 2014

Tracy went off for a walk this morning with Tyler following on his scooter, while I did much more important things like sitting on a chair looking over the beach while the pelicans and swans patiently waited for any breakfast scraps.
In the afternoon,  we headed up to part of the National parks at a place called Burnt Bridge River, and went for a walk. Here it was completely sheltered from the wind and actually quite hot... I reckon it would have been nearly 10 degrees warmer than back at the van, so it turned out to be a good choice.
Tomorrow we are headed off to a place called Lake Narracan which is just north of Moe. We had completely forgotten that this was a long weekend in Melbourne, due to the Melbourne Cup, so we are in a non powered area out the back of the park.....and rain and cold weather is forecast..... Great!
