Huskisson

18th October 2014

Yesterday we packed up camp and headed off down South yet again.. It is starting to become a reality that we are on our final weeks of travel and the daunting thought of returning to work, and more importantly returning to the gym, is looming fast. We are headed to Jervis Bay, or Huskisson to be exact.  We stopped in at Wollongong for lunch which also gave the kids some time to go rock hopping at the beach, and for us all to find a great lookout over the bay and surrounding country side. The drive to Huskisson was a pleasant change in that we are now travelling through farming country with lush green properties full of cattle and sheep, and enormous ranch homes with superb views over the valleys out to the ocean.
The van park was almost empty so we got the pick of the sites and spent the afternoon exploring and just relaxing - as you do when caravanning.
